Terms And Conditions
The hotel check-in time is 12pm (Noon) and check-out time is 11am (Morning).
Early check-in and late check-out are available on subject to availability that is considered as extra pay it should be done.
Belongings and valuables of guests lost during the event/stay shall not be the responsibility of the Management.
Telephone, Laundry, additional F&B services (over & above the package) will be charged extra & to be cleared at the time of check out.
Advance Booking check-in and check-out timings may differ from standard timings, Guests should follow accordingly during function time Contact office for the further details.
Booking is subject to the confirmation after the receipt of 100% advance payment & as per minimum guaranteed pax.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Goods & Services Tax applicable will be as per the Government of India regulations.
As per the directive given by the government of India, all the nationals are required to produce proper proof of identification upon check in for all the occupants in the room including children.
Individual Cancellation, No-Show and Amendment Policy: Cancellation made 7 days prior to the arrival date shall not incur any cancellation charges 'beyond 1-night retention charges' will be applicable.
Group Cancellation (5 rooms and above): Group cancellation made 29 days prior to the arrival date shall incur cancellation charges 'beyond 100% will be charged through length of stay.
A child below 10 years is complimentary on rooms without an extra bed.
Children between 10 years above of age would be considered as adults and an extra adult rate would be applicable.
A maximum of two extra bed or one extra bed would be permitted per room.
Extra person can only be accommodated in Deluxe room and Suites.
Photo ID is mandatory for all guests (adult and children) staying in the rooms.
Full payment is mandatory prior to check-in. Rooms will not be allotted if full payment is not done.
For late checkout request may be made to the hotel and is subject to availability.
In the event like (Marriage, Celebrations, Meetings and etc..) of direct payment, guests are required to pay full payment at the time of Check-in and all extras should be cleared at the time of Check-out.
Payments can be done by cash or credit card (credit card machine subject to the internet connectivity); we do not accept cheques at the Hotel rooms.
Rooms will not be allotted if full payment is not done while check-in.
Billing would be at the agreed rate for the number of Guests Guaranteed or Actual number of guests, whichever is higher.
All extras to be cleared at the resort before departure.
In the event of rooms booked on phone without any advance payment, booking will be held up to 3 hours on the day of arrival unless prior information for late arrival is provided.
All extras, taken over & above the package rate will be charged extra and added to the final bill accordingly.
Full refund in case you cancel at least 7 days before arrival.
No refund in case of cancellation within 7 days or for No show.
In case of a refund, bank transaction charges will be deducted above cancellation charges.
In the case of credit card transactions, a refund will be done only to the same credit card.
It is mandatory for any Non-Resident Indians/Foreigners to produce their passports at check-in.
