Xim Academy is led by Mr. Kesavan Menon, a highly accomplished professional retired from a leading USA-based pharmaceutical organization in Goa. With a strong academic foundation including a Commerce degree, MBA in Materials Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in General Law, he brings a rare blend of operational, managerial, and legal expertise.

His credentials are further strengthened by a Diploma in Public Relations Management, Six Sigma Certification, and several industry-recognized training programs. As the former Vice President of the Goa Pharmaceutical Manufacturer’s Association, Mr. Menon has played a pivotal role in shaping industry practices and fostering regulatory alignment.
